Council approval of premises to be used for Educational purposes
Registered training providers must ensure that they operate from premises that have the relevant planning approvals.
It is an RTOs responsibility to provide evidence of their Council approval to Quality Directorate.
Lack of appropriate planning approval may impact on your ability to conduct business from this site and also invalidate your insurance cover.
If your organisation is applying for initial registration, establishing new premises or expanding existing premises Quality Directorate will ask you to provide a copy of your Certificate of Occupancy to confirm that registration
decisions are consistent with current planning approvals.
