The Innovative & Professional Practice in Assessment forum is a full day, not-for-profit forum bringing the whole of South Australian VET sector together to learn, to share, to be informed of the latest developments in the area of assessment in education and training. The forum will focus on the importance of assessment for the quality outcomes of education.

The forum offers for practitioners and managers in Registered Training Organisations and industry

  • professional development and networking opportunities with colleagues from the education and training sector
  • introduction of lead assessors from the Capability Builders - Assessment program 2009 - 2010
  • models of good practice and capability building in assessment for learning
  • tools for flexible assessment methods
  • creative practice in assessment for learning
  • the assessment for learning principles and strategies
  • an opportunity to experience innovation in e-Learning and assessment
