Guidelines for RTOs

Guidelines have been approved by the Minister for Further Education and Training to apply to all Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) registered under the Training & Skills Development Act, 2008.

These guidelines will be applied in assessing applications for initial, renewal and extension to scope of registration. They apply to all current RTOs and compliance with these guidelines will be assessed at audit.
